    About the Role

    Northline are on the lookout for Trainee to join our Fleet Operations Team. This opportunity is an ideal start for an applicant who is motivated and looking to commence a career in the Transport and Logistics Industry. Gain a fully paid Cert III in Supply Chain Operations (24mth certificate), while working full-time, Monday to Friday.

    About your Duties

    • Shadow the Fleet Controller to develop skills in all aspects of the day-to-day life of the Fleet team;
    • Take freight bookings;
    • Assist with customer queries and resolving issues;
    • Assist the Fleet Controller and complete any ad-hoc tasks required;
    • Be a part of a team committed to achieving the organisation’s goals.

    About You

    • Strong computer and administrative skills (especially Word and Excel);
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritise;
    • Have a team-orientated approach;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Proven time management skills, to be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
    • Be physically fit, to be able to lift up to 25kgs (manual handling);
    • Have commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental practices.
