About the Role
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will help drive Northline’s growth by identifying, qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Working in our Service Centre and closely with the Marketing & Communications and Sales teams, you will manage inbound and outbound lead activity, keep our CRM up to date and ensure high-quality leads are handed over smoothly to our sales teams.
Your ability to combine structured processes with a proactive, results-driven mindset will be key to building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Your Duties Include
Identify and qualify potential leads through approved platforms, databases and marketing channels.
Coordinate lead generation activities that support marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all lead activity in CRM and reporting systems.
Communicate professionally with prospects via phone, email and digital channels to build engagement and interest
Review lead and campaign performance and share insights to improve targeting and conversion.
To Be Considered for This Role
Experience in a lead generation, sales support or marketing coordination role (logistics or B2B service environment highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence across phone, email and digital channels.
High attention to detail, strong organisation skills and the ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
Proven self-motivation and a results-driven approach to meeting activity targets and KPIs.
Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools, and comfortable working with data.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret lead and campaign data to support continuous improvement
