    About the role
     
    Northline is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate to join our International Freight Management team (IFM).
     
    This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical experience within the Global Freight Forwarding and International Logistics environment. Working with goods moving in and out of the country, you will support the monitoring and processing of daily international freight movements, while developing your knowledge of operational procedures, customer service, and industry systems.
     
    As part of the IFM team, you will contribute to ensuring shipments move efficiently through the import and export lifecycle, while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering a positive customer experience.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Support the monitoring and processing of daily international freight movements.
    • Assist in ensuring accurate documentation and operational compliance across shipments.
    • Provide support in managing customer enquiries and operational requests.
    • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to coordinate service delivery.
    • Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative activities where required.
    • Support demurrage, detention, and cartage-related processes.
    • Develop knowledge and capability in the use of IFM platforms, including CargoWise and Freightify.
    • Provide general operational and sales support activities.
    • Contribute to problem-solving and issue resolution within the IFM environment.
    As the successful candidate you will have:
    • Successful completion of a relevant degree.*
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and organisational ability.
    • Confidence using computer systems and learning new platforms.
    • Strong customer service mindset.
