    About the Role

    Whilst working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be leading a team to work efficiently and effectively, providing a high-quality service delivery to Northline’s customers.  This is a hands-on role coupled with leadership responsibilities, working in fast-paced environment with a high volume of orders to turnover

    • Lead your and the team’s daily tasks/functions, timely processing/picking/dispatch of orders
    • Ensure stock is being picked and processed correctly, involvement with stock checks and stocktakes for clients
    • Ensure that all inbound orders are receipted and put away accurately and in a safe and timely manner
    • Comply with company workplace safety policies and procedures
    • Administration duties (produce reports)
    • Customer relationships: maintain both external and internal working relationships and manage customer accounts
    • Drive improvements in warehouse processes and compliance

    About your experience

    • 3PL experience is desirable
    • Team leader experience, highly desirable
    • A current and valid Class LO & LF Forklift Licences
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of information
    • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work under strict time constraints
    • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Experience maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers
