    The Opportunity 

    We are currently looking enthusiastic and motivated candidate who would like to kick start their career in administration in the supply chain industry. Working with My freight Career we are offering the opportunity for you to gain a Certificate 111 in Supply Chain Operations whilst gaining hands on experience and earning a great salary in an industry leading organisation.

    Within this role you would join our Administration team who;   

    • Are the first point of contact when the freight arrives at the depot for dispatch;
    • Complete data entry, scanning of connotes and checking Proof of Delivery (POD) compliance;
    • Run audit checks to ensure revenue is captured, including auditing of connote entries to ensure connote integrity;
    • Resolve scanning issues with freight in and out; and
    • Review reports and spreadsheets to ensure movements are charged correctly.

    At the end of the 18-month minimum contract you would not only have a nationally recognised qualification, but also have the opportunity to join Northline on a permanent basis and continue to progress to your career goals.  You are guaranteed to have developed:

    • A customer centric approach to problem solving;
    • Excellent data entry skills coupled with speed and accuracy;
    • Knowledge of the Transport and Logistics Industry and databases
    • Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers;
    • Previous experience working towards KPI’s and targets;
    • Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail;
