About this role
As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be an integral member of a small Marketing team, assisting with the delivery and implementation of communications, branding and marketing, events and digital components as part of the wider business’ strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be the key driver in conveying communications to our customers as well as managing the day to day marketing activities.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Source, write, schedule and deliver engaging content to promote Northline’s services across print and digital channels including website, LinkedIn, EDMs, print and digital advertising.
Develop and implement a range of communications to inform internal and external audiences including the delivery of time sensitive information.
Assist with the delivery of digital marketing components including advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, EDMs and CRM/data management.
Brief and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as PR, advertising, video and graphic design agencies to effectively implement marketing strategies.
Manage the development of new marketing material in accordance with Northline’s style guide, including concept development, copy and layout changes and final approvals.
Research and coordinate various expos, conferences and relevant industry events including registrations.
Experience, skills and attributes we need from you:
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare communications for a range of audiences and channels.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools including scheduling, tracking and reporting.
Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills.
Be able to offer proactive, creative ideas and solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on time with strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent full time position that is offering between $60,000 and $65,000 base salary depending on the skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
