    Are you a self-driven, enthusiastic and have a customer centric approach to problem solving? Northline have the perfect opportunity for you!

    Based at our Redbank depot, you will be the main conduit of communication between the Brisbane Branch and Northline’s National Call Centre assisting Northline’s customers to have a positive experience.  are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Officer to join our depot in Kenwick.

    Ideally you will enjoy working in a small team, have strong multi-tasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure from an operational perspective that Northline customers have a smooth and positive experience.
    • Managing quarantined freight and ensuring issues are resolved in an efficient manner.
    • Ensure any paperwork errors, missing/mismatched, non-conforming or ineligible information is rectified in a prompt manner and reported.
    • Complete depot searches where all findings are to be advised to the Service Centre.
    • Contacting all customers with freight held at the depot to organise collection/delivery.

    As a successful candidate you will have:

    • A customer centric approach to problem solving.
    • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Good time management skills coupled with a high attention to detail.
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines and still have an eye for detail.
    • Moderate levels of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and strong data entry skills.
