    Fleet Scheduler

    An opportunity has become available at our Darwin Branch to join our fast-paced and dynamic Fleet team.

    Reporting to the Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling Northline’s PUD Fleet and maintaining high levels of service for Northline’s customers.

    This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is driven, resilient and has a customer centric-approach to problem solving. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling/Allocating daily deliveries for 8-10 trucks, 3 times/day to ensure efficient and timely service to Northline’s customers
    • Arrange for deliveries inside and outside of normal schedules
    • Ensuring drivers comply with C.O.R
    • Prepare and administrate pick-up paperwork

    As the successful candidate you will have:

    • Experience in Transport & Logistics or a scheduling role is highly regarded
    • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office suite;
    • Excellent planning and time management;
    • A customer centric-approach to problem solving;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to multitask;
    • Understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines, Dangerous Goods and Fatigue Management is highly regarded.
