    About the Role

    We pride ourselves on our strong customer-focused culture that delivers outstanding service, open and honest communication, and the ability, and flexibility, to react quickly to evolving customer demands. As the Business Development Manager, you are critical to building this relationship for our future success and for driving Northline’s growth in Resources, Mining, Energy and Renewable sectors.

    Experience / skills and attributes

    Ideally you would have a proven successful history of identifying, qualifying, developing and consolidating solid business growth in the transport / logistics / warehousing industry.

    Your customer centric approach will also coincide with the ability to be target-oriented and outcomes focused. Combining with these strengths will be your ability to identify and qualify potential business opportunities, prepare and present in-depth proposals, prepare responses to complex tenders, actively seek to close and secure the new business and then implement steps to ensure success for both Northline and our new customer.  

    A passion for sales and relationship management along with your Integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism will secure growth, not only for Northline but also your career within Northline.
