    About the role

    We are recruiting for a Freight Administrator to work at our Redbank depot to perform administrative duties to support our freight operations.  The position will be rostered from Monday to Friday.

    Your high attention to detail will see you prepare, analyse, quality check and electronically input reports and documents as well as;

    • Be the First point of contact when the freight arrives at the depot for dispatch;
    • Complete data entry, scanning of connotes and checking Proof of Delivery (POD) compliance;
    • Run audit checks to ensure revenue is captured, including auditing of connote entries to ensure connote integrity;
    • Resolve scanning issues with freight in and out; and
    • Review reports and spreadsheets to ensure movements are charged correctly.

    About you:

    • Integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism and a customer centric approach to problem solving;
    • Excellent data entry skills coupled with speed and accuracy;
    • Effective judgement skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks and objectives;
    • Knowledge of the Transport and Logistics Industry advantageous;
    • Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers;
    • Previous experience working towards KPI’s and targets;
    • Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail;
    • Good communication, language, literacy and numeracy skills; and
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
