    About the Role

    We pride ourselves on our strong customer-focused culture that delivers outstanding service, open and honest communication, and the ability and flexibility to react quickly to evolving customer demands.

    Your administration skills and attention to detail will have you successfully key in warehousing orders and consignment notes, ensuring reports are generated, data is entered, information is manifested, and processes are followed. Your customer service skills will be put to good use as you interact with not only our warehouse clients over the phone and by email.

    About your duties

    • Data entry of all orders, receivables and charging requirements
    • Preparation of consignment notes, picking slips and labels for all delivery/despatch movements
    • Provide clients with stock reports, POD's, ETA's or general order enquiries
    • Interact with depot staff to ensure client requirements are understood and actioned
    • Interact with warehouse customers and internal teams over the phone and by email
    • Support to/coordination of order and activity requirements, such as stock collections, stocktakes, customer/other transport pick-ups and other similar activities

    About you

    • Highly organised and have a structured approach to tasks which is target-oriented and outcomes-focused;
    • Integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism and a customer centric approach to problem solving;
    • Good time management skills coupled with a high attention to detail and customer focus.
    • Efficient and accurate data entry skills;
    • To be a team player with the ability to work individually
    • Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers;
    • Previous transport/ logistics knowledge and or qualifications will be highly regarded
