Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of Storepersons, thrive on having multiple priorities and have a proven ability to supervise, motivate and deliver exceptional warehouse results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and mentor direct reports, creating a customer first culture that delivers great results
• Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures and service levels
• Build and promote a team environment with a focus on working collaboratively
• Ensure housekeeping and safe working practices are adhered to, promoting safety policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Current Forklift Licence (LF), as well as experience operating a Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift in a 3PL warehouse environment;
• Proven experience in providing guidance and direction to team members;
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
• A great work ethic, combined with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
• Strong customer service ethic
• Effective communication, problem solving skills and a continuous improvement approach;
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• An awareness of safe work practices and commitment to ensuring a safe workplace.
