Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of Storepersons, thrive on having multiple priorities and have a proven ability to supervise, motivate and deliver exceptional warehouse results.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and mentor direct reports, creating a customer first culture that delivers great results
Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures and service levels
Build and promote a team environment with a focus on working collaboratively
Ensure housekeeping and safe working practices are adhered to, promoting safety policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes
As the successful candidate you will have:
Current Forklift Licence (LF), as well as experience operating a Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift in a 3PL warehouse environment;
Proven experience in providing guidance and direction to team members;
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
A great work ethic, combined with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
Strong customer service ethic
Effective communication, problem solving skills and a continuous improvement approach;
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
An awareness of safe work practices and commitment to ensuring a safe workplace.
