Reporting to the Organisational Development (OD) Manager, the OD Consultant will bring an organised and partnering approach to supporting the development and coordination of initiatives that:
Build and enhance individual, team, leader and organisational capability
Continue to develop a culture which is safe, customer focussed, high performing, engaged and inclusive
Ensure our people have clear goals, know what’s expected of them and how they contribute.
About you:
To be successful, you will be a passionate and pragmatic operator who:
has demonstrated experience implementing learning and development (L&D) initiatives
has a sound knowledge of adult learning principles and has experience designing and delivering training
brings a project management approach to engage and successfully implement a broad range of solutions
has a customer service approach, and is exceptional in building enduring relationships
