Supervised by a commercial lawyer of more than 20 years’ standing, you will have an opportunity to develop sound and pragmatic legal skills, commercial nous, and customer relationship management, all of which will equip you to become an outstanding in-house legal professional. You will be working with internal stakeholders on a variety of legal matters, including the negotiation and preparation of procurement contracts with some of Australia’s largest businesses.

    Who we are looking for

    You must have strong technical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and be a skilled communicator. You must also be highly organised, have strong drafting skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport across multiple departments. An interest in contracts, procurement and commercial matters will be viewed favourably.  

     

    Requirements

    To be eligible to apply, you will have recently completed or be about to complete (mid-year) a Law degree at an Australian university.
