    About the Role

    Are you experienced in Customer care? We are looking for experienced customer service officers to be based at our in-bound National Service Centre, in Norwood , Monday to Friday.

    You will be the first point of contact for our customers to help organise collections, pick-ups, quotes and to offer general support for freight enquiries.

    Whilst meeting customer expectations by delivering a professional and timely service every time you will also;  

    • Professionally resolve requests for one-off quotes, estimated freight arrival times and pick-ups in a timely manner
    • Respond to email enquires as allocated
    • Complete KPI reports for selected customers
    • Communicate delays to customers and depots in a prompt and professional manner

    What do we need from you?

    • Experience offering outstanding customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
    • Intermediate PC skills with high levels of data entry speed and accuracy
    • Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner
    • Exceptional ability to build rapport with a diverse range of internal and external customers
    • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Previous experience working collaboratively within a team environment
    • The flexibility to work a roster between 7:30am and 6:30pm
