    There is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced sales professional to join us at our Melbourne Depot, located in Sunshine.

    We are looking for a resilient individual with the ability to continually look outside the box with a proactive approach.

    Some of your responsibilities as a BDM will include:

    • Proactively pursuing new business;
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all accounts and network;
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
    • Sales presentations and price negotiations; 
    • Developing new sales strategies to drive the business forward.
    • Responsible for maintaining and cultivating a strong sales pipeline of opportunities.

    To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Proven track record of success in sales where you consistently exceed targets;
    • Exceptional communications skills;
    • Tenacious and resilient approach;
    • Ability to work within a team;
    • Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of operations.

    Whilst Freight and Logistics industry experience is highly regarded, candidates with structured selling and sales management experience from alternative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
