Are you ready to drive daily pickup and delivery requirements for regional Western Australia? Northline are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Perth Fleet Team as a Country Coordinator.
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily pick-up and delivery operations via our extensive Agent network.
Based at our state-of-the-art depot in Kenwick, this is a great opportunity for someone has excellent communications and rapport building skills and is motivated to strive for improvements and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the completion of all deliveries and pickups in line with Transit guidelines.
Streamline administrative and operational processes to optimize allocation of pick-ups and deliveries.
Monitor and reconcile Agent costs at the consignment level, ensuring accurate billing and revenue capture.
Maintain 100% compliance with pallet control and POD integrity.
Meet operational objectives in scanning, damage reduction, and DIFOT as per Northline performance expectations.
Ensure adherence to Freight Presentation and Packaging Policy by employees and agents.
Foster strong relationships to manage Agent relationships and source additional providers.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory and legislative changes, providing direction, assistance, and training for compliance.
Key Competencies & Technical Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Western Australian regional locations.
Proven experience in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple tasks and objectives with effective communication.
In-depth understanding of fatigue management legislation, Dangerous Goods compliance, and Chain of Responsibility.
Ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost reductions.
Expertise in evaluating profitability by route using relevant reporting methods.
Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with Agents, customers, and stakeholders.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Hold Current Forklift Licence (LF)
