Are you ready to drive daily pickup and delivery requirements for regional Western Australia? Northline are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Perth Fleet Team as a Country Coordinator.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily pick-up and delivery operations via our extensive Agent network.

Based at our state-of-the-art depot in Kenwick, this is a great opportunity for someone has excellent communications and rapport building skills and is motivated to strive for improvements and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the completion of all deliveries and pickups in line with Transit guidelines.
• Streamline administrative and operational processes to optimize allocation of pick-ups and deliveries.
• Monitor and reconcile Agent costs at the consignment level, ensuring accurate billing and revenue capture.
• Maintain 100% compliance with pallet control and POD integrity.
• Meet operational objectives in scanning, damage reduction, and DIFOT as per Northline performance expectations.
• Ensure adherence to Freight Presentation and Packaging Policy by employees and agents.
• Foster strong relationships to manage Agent relationships and source additional providers.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory and legislative changes, providing direction, assistance, and training for compliance.

Key Competencies & Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Western Australian regional locations.
• Proven experience in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple tasks and objectives with effective communication.
• In-depth understanding of fatigue management legislation, Dangerous Goods compliance, and Chain of Responsibility.
• Ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost reductions.
• Expertise in evaluating profitability by route using relevant reporting methods.
• Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with Agents, customers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Hold Current Forklift Licence (LF)
